Music and multimedia are deeply empowering subjects from and with which we can learn how to decypher and communicate sometimes difficult ideas about how we see, hear and think. They can empower us with a contemporary understanding of the world in which we live. I’m passionate about teaching multimedia, performance practice and compositional studies. I want to help bring out the best in people, and to help those seeking to develop their career, no matter whether it is to become a creative industries professional or not, to realize their full potential. My teaching can be directed in different practical ways to meet different educational demands. On one hand it can be directed towards giving students the technical, background understanding and philosophical tools to become professional content providers. In another way it can be directed to developing life skills and confidence, tools to build self esteem and a sense of community through music and multimedia. I can help students develop and liberate their creativity through planned leaning programmes of either group or one on one classes. My approach to music education is to develop skills and techniques through the students own creative response to and absobtion of modern and post modern arts practice, it's ideas and it's concepts, and it's practitioners. The learning structure is hung on a framework of exciting practical themed multimedia or performance projects. Go to: urse | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
